The PowerSites Content Management System is a product of Telligence Pty Ltd, a company with an extensive history in developing data driven websites, secure web hosting, graphic design and Search Engine Optimisation. The team of professionals at Telligence include highly qualified developers, graphic designers and specialist support staff - who combine to offer a complete service to organisations seeking smarter solutions to reach and engage their base of prospective clients.

As founders of Telligence, Craig Harcombe and Michael Barwell, have combined technology skills with their understanding of business to meet the challenges of the small to medium business sector with the PowerSites suite of products. The best part of this story is that you will never need to buy another website.

Craig Harcombe

Director of Operations
In 1997 Craig established Danaclese Pty Ltd, as a provider of web site and web hosting solutions and soon recognised the power and flexibility offered by data driven websites. Advanced methods for developing this model were embraced, and Craig became an early adopter of ColdFusion development and the application server environment. As Director of Operations for Telligence, Craig is responsible for leading the product development team to determine product direction and assessment/integration of new technologies. Additional responsibilities include human resources, client relations and project management.

Michael Barwell

Director of Technical Services
As the initial Oracle Database Administrator of the first Oracle sites in Australia, Michael has been involved in Oracle database technology for over twenty years. With the establishment of Barwell Consulting, Michael spent the early 90’s in consulting roles in both Australia and the United Kingdom, where he conducted internal and external training courses for Oracle (Aust and UK) and presented papers at Oracle conferences. Consulting clients in Australia include OneSteel, Tomago Aluminium, Port Waratah Coal Services, the Australian Defence Force Warfare Centre and the Thales Group.

Since establishing AusTiger with Craig Harcombe in 2000 and Telligence in 2004, Michael's role as Technical Director encompasses system design, development, database and technical infrastructure teams of Telligence and it’s hosting division, AusTiger Hosting.

Michael is also a certified Oracle DBA and Oracle Master.
