What is Web 2.0???

Web 2.0 is a term that you may see loosely used to describe web based applications like Blogs, Wikis, RSS Feeds,  social networking sites (Facebook, Twitter) and video sharing sites like Google Video and YouTube.  From a user perspective Web 2.0 technologies such as AJAX, Flex and Web Services are all about rich interactive almost desktop like interfaces to simplify workflow and share information between systems.  You don't need to understand these applications or technologies but you do need to be aware they exist and there are opportunities for your business in using them properly.
